Updates

After months and months of praying, meetings, conversations, and seeking how we can best steward what God has given to us, it looks like He is leading us forward as a church body, not to build, but BUY an existing church building one mile directly east of us. We’re so close to moving forward – the anticipation continues to greatly grow in our hearts.

Being with Ricky at celebration of life services for hospice patients he serves, is one of my favorite times in ministry with him. They are sobering times that are pressing reminders of the brevity of life, and to live for what truly matters.

It’s been over two years since a large portion of our church property was sold and we moved into a temporary space for Sunday morning church until our new church building is built. It doesn’t seem possible that more than two years have passed by. There have been continued delays from the City of Phoenix in the needed permitting to begin the rebuild of our church.

God is faithful. His years have no end (Psalm 102:27). Our hope and help are completely in Him. These hands He has given us, and the very breath we breathe, are to give Him praise acknowledging His name, and to do good (Hebrews 13:15-16).
